If the property has a small loan or no loan, the equity can be set up to finance a buyer and allow for a steady income to supplement the seller. If a buyer is qualified to purchase the home it would be almost impossible to have a problem with the buyer. The main reason for this is the area we live in is one of the best in the country for stable home prices since our economy is stronger than most areas. Sellers believe it and buyers do too. It’s as simple as that, my job make sure a buyer is qualified to participate in the purcase.
