Seller Financing Might Not Be A Bad Idea: Part 1

If you own any income property and do not have a mortgage, seller financing might be a way to get a steady income without the hassles of being a landlord.  It’s a lot simpler and almost risk free if you can qualify the borrower.  It’s a benefit to the borrower since they do not have to qualify to a conventional lender and the advantage to the seller is a steady income and more favorable return than most investments.  In the next post I’ll explain how easy it is to qualify a borrower.
