Have you checked what’s going on in San Jose’s Evergreen area? Especially where the schools have the high API scores and the prices are $700,000 or less. All properties listed in these areas are getting multiple offers, over 10 at least. Open houses are a frenzy, there are just too many buyers and not enough homes, I’m sure there will never be enough homes for sale in this area as long as the API scores stay high. Eventually, there will be a limit to the price and this is a niche with the school scores, but for now I’m sure the sellers are ecstatic and the buyers are frustrated.
